Meet Our Team

Kelly Roberge and Charles Matheus are the husband and wife production and promotion team.
​The yin and the yang. The words and images. Head and heart. We bring their years of circuitous journeying as we interview each other and the people we find fascinating.

Kelly Roberge

Kelly is a artist, graphic designer, social media expert, and professional eclecticist. She has a B.F.A. from ASU and a Masters in Art Therapy from Prescott College. Kelly has run over a dozen branding and social media campaigns for businesses, nonprofits, and county entities. Kelly uses her obsession with color, shape, and people to create beautiful objects, more fulfilling relationships, and more connected  communities.

Charles Matheus

Charles is an Arizona native with thirty five years’ experience as an educator, wilderness guide, and nonprofit leader. He earned a B.S. in Education from Cornell University and completed graduate work in the application of nonviolent principles to education and leadership. At Rocket Feather Creative, Charles uses his skills in social media, strategic planning, group facilitation, leadership development, to host and produce several different podcasts.

Munchie

Munchie is a sleek trickster and mysterious gazer. He stares because he needs complete information. For what use, we shiver to imagine.

Gus

Gus is a cream soda. A creme brulee. A ripe banana. A flying parkour artist in stripy pajamas. The only thing he likes better than chasing the laser is when he can goad Munchie into chasing him. 

Bill

Bill joined our team in 2015 and was a true partner in the podcast. if you listen closely to episode 29, you'll hear him singing along with guest Candace Devine. Bill had a stroke in 2020 and died. We are so happy to have been part of his life.
